Our Process, When Working With Buyers

To assist buyers in their search for a company to acquire, MBA follows a proven process, as follows:

  Preparing presentation materials featuring buyer's unique characteristics, market presence, existing
     platform, manufacturing facilities, financial strength and other information to position the buyer as a
     credible partner for the potential seller.

  Based upon our extensive relationships in the A/D industry, we identify potential sellers that fit the buyer's
     acquisition profile.

  We present the opportunity to the potential seller and if there is interest, we prepare a Seller’s Presentation,
     including:

    Seller's unique characteristics and synergetic fit for the buyer

    Financial statements, backlog and projections

    Equipment and facilities

   Intellectual property and management team

  Arranging a facility tour

  Participation in negotiations
